Florian Witzel, born in Germany '79, is a New York City based designer, director and computer graphics artist. While he studied Media Design at the Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg and Film and TV at Bond University in Australia, Florian worked at various post production and broadcast design companies until he joined the creative team at Psyop NYC in 2004, where he currently works as Technical Director and Project Lead. Psyop is an award-winning provider of design based 3D animation, innovative visual effects and digital content for the advertising market. Florian was part of the Siggraph 2007 Computer Animation Festival Committee.
Florian's personal and commissioned work focuses on visually artistic and design based content for film and animation.
